By booking a stay with SkyGram Stays, you agree to these terms. These conditions apply to all reservations made through our website, WhatsApp, or by direct contact with our team.

Bookings & Payments

A confirmed booking requires the agreed deposit. Final balance is payable as per the schedule shared at the time of booking. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

House Rules

Each villa has specific house rules — including occupancy limits, pet policy, smoking, events, and quiet hours — which form part of these terms. Violations may result in additional charges or termination of stay.

Damages

Guests are liable for any damage caused during the stay beyond fair wear and tear. A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in.

Liability

SkyGram Stays is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, road closures, or unforeseen utility outages.
