Our Journey
Our Story So Far
It all started two years ago when one of our friends listed his own villa on Airbnb as an experiment. After one year of positive results, we — childhood friends — decided to join forces. We aimed to host more villas around Pune.
Since then, we've grown from managing just 1 villa to 21 villas, and many more in the pipeline. Our small experiment has turned into a thriving business — and we're just getting started.
Quality over Quantity: Target to manage only 5–6 villas in any given area.
Regional Focus: Establish ourselves primarily around Maharashtra.
Individual Promotion: Marketing each villa rather than promoting the location.
