Refund schedule for confirmed bookings
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our property partners.
Standard refund schedule
- 30+ days before check-in: 90% refund of amount paid (10% admin fee)
- 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before check-in: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund — entire amount is forfeited
Peak season & long weekends
Bookings for long weekends, festive periods, and December 20 – January 5 are non-refundable once confirmed. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
Force majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or property closures beyond our control, bookings will be rescheduled to a later date — no cash refund unless rescheduling is not possible.
How to cancel
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
