How do I book a villa?
Browse our properties, pick your dates, and submit an enquiry. Our team will confirm availability and share the payment link on WhatsApp within an hour.
Are your prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes — listed prices include all applicable taxes. Optional add-ons (BBQ setup, cake, decor) are billed separately.
What is the standard check-in / check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Selected villas are pet-friendly. Look for the 'Pet Friendly' badge on the listing, or use the pet-friendly filter on the home page.
Can I host an event at the villa?
Some villas allow events with prior approval and a separate event fee. Please mention your requirement at the time of enquiry.
How is the security deposit handled?
A refundable security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, subject to property inspection.
