What we collect
- Name, mobile number, email — for booking communication
- Stay dates, guest count, and property preferences
- Payment confirmations from our partner gateways (we do not store card details)
How we use it
Your information is used solely to confirm and manage your reservation, send transactional updates, and provide concierge support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
OTP verification
We use WhatsApp-based OTP via MSG91 to verify your mobile number when you sign in. The OTP is valid for 10 minutes and is never shared.
Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies are set without consent.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing our support team.
